The handle is telescopic in three stages (approx. 30 cm) and adjustable to body height. The grip area is coated with cold-insulating material that is kind on the hands. Thanks to additional grips at approx. half the height of the handle, the collected snow can be conveniently removed. A defined tread on the rear edge of the Snow Scoop and an additional aluminium handle provide stability and allow the use of your foot when the Snow Scoop is to break even more easily into larger snow quantities. The edge is made from robust and longlife, galvanised steel. And the best part: The Snow Scoop can be tidily stored in a jiffy when no longer needed. With just a few hand movements and without tools, the handle is removed and can be clicked under the scoop. With 25 year warranty.

Refunds
Sellers have to offer a refund for certain items only if they are faulty, such as: Personalised items and custom-made items, Perishable items, Newspapers and magazines, Unwrapped CDs DVDs and computer software. If you used your PayPal balance or bank account to fund the original payment, the refunded money will go back to your PayPal account balance. If you used a credit or debit card to fund the original payment, the refunded money will go back to your card. The seller will effect the refund within three working days but it may take up to 30 days for Paypal to process the transfer. For payments funded partially by a card and partially by your balance/bank, the money taken from your card will go back to your card and the remainder will return to your PayPal balance.
